Welcome to the Knights Alliance

Firstly, welcome to the Knights this is a top alliance and as such we have expectations of ALL our members. As we recruit from different levels and our members span the Globe, these expectations have to be realistic. They,also, cause problems, time zones, other commitments, ages of the members, are all issues the Leadership have taken into account.

So this welcome also serves as an introduction to what we CAN expect and what we DON'T expect.

Expectations:

1. Everyone comes here to play and have fun.
2. Everyone has a reasonable level of English and demonstrates this by participating in chat.
3. Everyone contributes what they can spare to the Alliance.
4. Everyone participates in military or support action to assist a fellow Knight when possible and within reason.
5. Everyone tries to promote the Alliance to encourage quality recruits fitting of our standing.
6. All inactive members should expect to be expelled, it is unfair on the rest to carry dead weight, and especially fight for someone not prepared to fight for them.
7. Everyone understands and follows Alliance policy

Basically everyone is as active as they can be in all areas of alliance life.

Non-Expectations:

1. No-one should expect GUARANTEED Military Support when being attacked. This depends on who is available, distance, levels, and access to Advanced Relocators.
2. Personal verbal attacks in chat or against individuals, are NOT acceptable
3. It is NOT appropriate for members to be semi-active, i.e. farming, trade runs, and contributions but not chatting or helping in conflict.
