Leadership Team

This game can appear slow and often boring, especially since the changes took place. But this is the ideal time to prepare for war.

We will do this through growth and development both as individuals and as a team.

To do this, I have created three management teams that will concentrate on specific roles. Each is headed by a Deputy Leader and supported by senior members.

Diplomacy and Liaison:

Dep Ldr:  Evolain; Snr: ChrisTG

Responsibilities: To liaise with our existing friendly alliances.
                        To mediate when misunderstandings occur between our membership and our friendly allies.
                        To investigate and develop new friendships.

Note: Members with issues regarding other friendlies, should NOT approach the other alliance Leader directly. They only recognise The Leader and Deputy Leaders authority. Members can and should approach any friendly that has wronged them in a polite manner berfore reporting to Evo.

Note 2: Only the Alliance Leader or a Deputy Leader may approve or order and attack on any alliance with which we have a NAP, (Non Aggression Pact), or any of their members.

We currently have NAPs with Promised Land, prl2 and TK. (This list will be updated accordingly).

Recruitment & Membership

Dep. Ldr: Kiaran; Snrs: Ghoti and Kalrik. Probie: Soumik10

Responsibilities: To attract new members
                        To ensure new members are aware of our protocols and friendships.
                        To monitor existing members for activity and report poor performance to the Alliance Leader for expulsion.

Military Ops:

Dep Ldr: Carol; Snrs: All remaining seniors.

Responsibilities: To advise members in how to grow and develop their heroes and armies.
                        To develop and initiate responses to attacks against our members
                        To develop attack strategies for use in multi-player attacks.
